Our Company, Milton Industries Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and engaged in manufacturing of Laminates, Artificial Leather cloth and Glass Fibre Reinforced Epoxy (GFRE) Sheets in the state of Gujarat. We are manufacturer and exporter of premium quality high-pressure laminates, industrial Laminates, laminated board, flooring laminates, artificial Leather cloth, GFRE Sheets and other allied products. Our superior quality laminates can be used on walls, doors, windows, cupboards, tabletops, hotels, cash counters, home kitchen, etc. Initially our Company was engaged in manufacturing of laminates and further diversified in manufacturing and exports of Artificial Leather cloth, GFRE Sheets, DGFRP, CCL and NAFTC.
Our development process includes design, development, testing, manufacturing and delivery. Our progressive management and cutting edge production technology contribute to our ability to provide our customers with exceptional value in a highly competitive industry. Also our manufacturing facilities are equipped with modern infrastructure and sophisticated machines backed by untiring efforts in the field of research & development and high quality consciousness. We also have the capacity to develop, design and produce any engineered laminates, artificial Leather cloth and GFRE Sheets as per customer’s specifications.
Our Customer base is spread in all over India and in various countries such as UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Kenya, Tanzania, Taiwan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Turkey, United Kingdom, Bangladesh & Australia.
Our manufacturing facilities is situated in Gujarat and distributed in two units having different activities of Production, viz:
Unit I situated at Survey No. 1300 & 1301 Kalol-Mehsana Highway Road, Village – Rajpur, Taluka – Kadi, Dist. – Mehsana, Gujarat, India.
This unit is producing Decorative & Industrial Laminates so called High Pressure Laminates from the year 1986. This Laminates are used for Flooring, for Door, Windows, Cupboards in Hotels, for Site Panels, for Table Top Counter at Banks & Other Places. We are producing only superior quality from the year 1986. We are in the Export Market since year 1989 & our Quality acceptances in the International Market. We are also producing different Textures for Vertical Application and Decorative Thermosating Synthetic Resin Bonded Laminate Sheets which are basically supplied to Railways Departments. We are registered Supplier as Grade-1 supplier to Indian Railways and subsequent portion of our sales is from Indian Railways.
Unit-II is situated at Survey No 277 (old Survey no. 235), Village Oran, PO. Vadavasa, Taluka – Prantij, Dist. – Sabarkantha, Gujarat, India.
In this unit we are producing PVC Coated Fabrics which is also known as Rexins Upholstery Cloth. Basically we are selling PVC Coated Fabrics to Government Agencies, such as Indian Railways, State Transport Corporation of Different States and also we are exporting to different countries.
This unit was recently established on the guideline issued by the Railway Board for manufacturing composite product for Indian Railways to Adhere to EN Standards. As per the guidelines issued by Indian Railways, the composite material is used to reduce the weight of the coaches & recommended EN Standards (European Standard) which are better than the Indian Standard particularly for Fire Safety.
In this unit we are also manufacturing GFRE (Glass Fibers Rein Forced Epoxy Sheets) which is used in the ceiling of the Railway Coaches and it stands with EN Standards.
NAFTC (Natural & Artificial Fibre Thermoset Composite Sheets for Roof Paneling of Indian Railways Passenger Coaches) – This product is a composite Product and used on the Roof Panel of the Coaches with specification issued by Railway Department as composite less weight with EN Standards material.
DGFRP (Composite Decorative Glass Fabric Rein Forced Plastic Sheets) – This production is specifically developed for Railways Department coaches particular for side panels. It also is with EN Standard and a composite panel.
Composite Compress Laminate Sheets For Flooring – This Product is replacement of Plywood which railways department are presently using and to reduce the weight of the coaches this product is also a composite product with EN Standard & Sound Proof.
All the above Four Product has been approved by the Railway board as well as all coach manufacturing units in India.
In addition to this we have a High Pressure Hydraulic Press in which we can manufacture 12×6 Size of Compact Laminate which are mostly in demand in Europe, America, & Australia.
Our Company was originally incorporated on August 23, 1985 as “Milton Laminates Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Further our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from “Milton Laminates Private Limited” to “Milton Laminates Limited” vide resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 24, 1997 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 31, 1997 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Later, the name of the Company was changed to “Milton Industries Limited” vide Shareholder’s Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on February 23, 2007 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 3, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli pursuant to change in name of our Company.
Milton Industries Limited was originally incorporated by Mr. Vijaypal Jain, Mr. Kantibhai Patel and Mr. Fatehchand in the year 1985 and further our Company was amalgamated with Valley Valvette Private Limited vide order dated August 28, 2009 by Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat. The Scheme came into effect from September 25, 2009 and pursuant thereto all assets, estates, title, interests, authorities, debts, outstanding, credit, liabilities, have been transferred to and vested in the Company retrospectively with effect from April 01, 2008 and in return the shares of our Company was issued to shareholders of transferor company. Presently the promoters of the Company are Mr. Vijay Pal Jain, Mr. Abhaykumar mahipalsingh Jain, Mr. Vikas Jain, Mr. Ajay Mahipal Singh Jain and Mr. Saket Jain who have experience of about three decades in laminates manufacturing business. The vast experience of the Promoters has been instrumental in determining the vision and growth strategies for our Company. We further believe that our market position has been achieved by adherence to the vision of our Promoters and senior management team and their experience of over an decades in the industry in which our Company operates.
Our Customer base is spread in all over India and outside India in various countries such as Middle East, African Countries, Syria, Bangladesh, South America, Turkey, Australia and Sri Lanka. Also our artificial Leather cloth and GFRE Sheets are manufactured and supplied to Indian Railways and Road transport Corporation such as South Central Railways, Secundrabad, Central Railway workshop matunga – Mumbai, Telangana State road transport corporation, Karimnagar etc.
