He was appointed on the Board on August 24, 1985 and further designated as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company on July 14, 2017 for a period of 3 years. He is actively engaged in managing the company since his appointed as Director. He has more than 50 years of experience in the industry. He has been instrumental in taking major policy decision of the Company. He is playing vital role in formulating business strategies and effective implementation of the same. He is responsible for the expansion and overall management of the business of our Company. His leadership abilities have been instrumental in leading the core team of our Company.

He was originally appointed on the Board on November 04, 2009 and further designated as the Whole Time Director of the Company on July 14, 2017 for a period of 5 years. He has experience of plants handling. He is responsible for manufacturing & marketing for PVC Leather Cloth, Coated Fabrics, Vinyl Coated Upholstery Fabrics, GFRE Sheets, DGFRP, CCL, NAFTC. He deal with Railway Board/Research Design and Standard Organisation Agency for supply to Railway Coach manufacturing and Workshop of Indian Railways
Mrs. Neha Jain, Non-Executive Director
Mrs. Neha Jain aged 45 Years is the Non-Executive Director of our company. She is been on the board from October 06, 1996 and further designated as Non-Executive Director on October 04, 2009. She holds degree of Bachelor of Commerce. She has experience of 21 years.
Mr. Ajay Mahipal Singh Jain, Non-Executive Director
Mr. Ajay Mahipal Singh Jain, aged 56 years is associated with the Company since November 22, 2010 and further reappointed as Non-Executive Director from July 14, 2017. He holds the degree of LLB. Also he was experience of 40 years. He is in charge for putting up plant of Milton Industries Ltd and also Pioneered for putting up the plant of PVC Leather Cloth.He is responsible for all export related activity, developing and maintaining the market for Decorative laminate sheet and PVC Leather Cloth in the foreign market.
Mr. Saket Jain, Whole Time Director Cum CFO
Mr. Saket Jain aged 40 years, is the Whole Time Director & Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds bachelor degree of Arts. He was originally appointed on the Board on October 04, 2009and further designated as the Whole Time Director of the Company on July 14, 2017 for a period of 5 years. He assisted in managing the financial matters of the company. He has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from August 08, 2017. He is young and dynamic person, having 19 years’ experience and he is presently looking into the financial and technical matters of the Company.
